Booking Appointments: 

When booking a treatment, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your service.

Payment:

A 13% tax will be applied to the total service cost for payments made via e-transfer, debit, or credit card, in compliance with tax regulations. However, if you choose to pay by cash, no tax will be added, and you will not incur the 13% charge. By confirming your appointment, you agree to these payment terms.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in loss of your deposit. 

Late Arrivals: 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment, and your deposit may still be retained.

Consent Form: 

To ensure your safety and the best results, first-time clients are required to complete a consent form before receiving treatment. By signing, you confirm that the information provided is accurate, acknowledge that it will remain confidential, and understand the risks and benefits of the treatment.

Photography Consent: 

During your appointment, we may take before and after photos of your treatment for marketing purposes, including social media, our website, and promotional materials. By receiving services at The Allure Lab, you consent to the use of these images for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to have your photo taken or used, please notify us at the start of your appointment. We respect your privacy and will always honor your preferences. All photos will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties without your permission.
